Design Notes
As this protein came from a eukaryotic species, it was not codon optimized for E. Coli. In addition, there were several illegal restriction sites that had to be replaced with different codons.

This comes from the genomic sequence of the Tardigrade Species Ramazzottius varieornatus. The gene was discovered by Hashimoto et al. (1)
